12제자의 파송
마태복음 10장 10 ~ 16절
여행을 위하여 주머니나 두 벌 옷이나 신이나 지팡이를 가지지 말라 이는 일군이 저 먹을 것 받는 것이 마땅함이니라
아무 성이나 촌에 들어가든지 그 중에 합당한 자를 찾아내어 너희 떠나기까지 거기서 머물라
또 그 집에 들어가면서 평안하기를 빌라
그 집이 이에 합당하면 너희 빈 평안이 거기임할 것이요 만일 합당치 아니하면 그 평안이 너희에게 돌아올 것이니라
누구든지 너희를 영접도 아니하고 너희말을 듣지도 아니하거든 그 집이나 성에서 나가 너희 발의 먼지를 떨어 버리라
내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 심판 날에 소돔과 고모라 땅이 그 성보다 견디기 쉬우리라
보라 내가 너희를 보냄이 양을 이리 가운데 보냄과 같도다 그러므로 너희는 뱀같이 지혜롭고 비둘기같이 순결하라

NIV:
take no bag for the journey, or extra tunic, or sandals or a staff; for the worker is worth his keep.
"Whatever town or village you enter, search for some worthy person there and stay at his house until leave.
As you enter the home, give it you greeting.
If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you.
If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town.
I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgement than for that town.
I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.

And don't carry a traveling bag or an extra shirt or sandals or a walking stick. Workers deserve their food.
So when you go to a town or a village, find someone worthy enough to have you as their guest and stay with them until you leave.
When you go to a home, give it your blessing of peace.
If the home is deserving, let your blessing remain with them. But if the home isn't deserving, take back your blessing of peace.
If someone won't welcome you or listen to your message, leave their home or town. And shake the dust from your feet at them.
I promise you that the day of judgment will be easier for the towns of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town.
I am sending you like lambs into a pack of wolves. So be as wise as snakes and as innocent as doves.
